LEW SH
CEO and Founder
Our Founder and Corporate Advisory Principal, Lew SH, is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), UK, an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ACPA), a Chartered Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (CMIIA), Associate Member for Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ACTIM), Member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Secretary (MACS) and also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) has been exposed to various fields and industry through the employment of several medium and large audit firms and through several medium and large manufacturing and services companies.
During his tenure in Deloitte, Mr Lew has managed a portfolio of clients and leading audit teams to audit companies of various sizes and industry which included listed and multi-national companies for local statutory compliance and Sarbanes Oxley Act Compliance (SOX) for US SEC Registrants companies. Subsequently, he specialised in internal audits, IT audits, corporate consultancy, forensics and fraud investigations, due diligence audits and special audit for mergers and acquisition and IPO listing.
With the vast experience he gathered from the professional and manufacturing industries, he founded Forreststone Corporate Advisory Sdn Bhd in 2012 and since then he has helped companies implemented and improved internal controls of organizations to help enhance operational efficiencies, manages relocation projects, new business venture start-ups, overseas business venture evaluations, corporate banking and financing evaluations, ERP/MRP projects evaluations and has led project teams implementing ERP / MRP projects. He has vast exposure with corporate boards serving as internal auditors, corporate consultant and independent director specializing in financial, risk and operational management. He also served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of a Public Listed Company listed on the main board of KLSE. During his tenure, he was the Audit Committee Chairman who oversees the compliance and corporate governance of the Group of companies. He was also a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee who oversees the nomination, appointment and remuneration of key management and director positions within the group.
During his career, he has lectured in several local colleges for professional, diploma and MBA courses and also provides trainings to organizations in areas of Accounting, Finance and Taxes. Currently, he is a committee member of the Small Medium Practice Committee (SMPC) of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and also Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Malaysia respectively.
Karen Goh CY
Partner
Karen graduated from the Southern College, Johor Bahru with a Diploma in Business Studies in 1982.
She has wide ranging experience in bookkeeping, costing, management accounting, payroll, purchasing and product scheduling and planning, customs regulations, office administration and human resource development.
Having trained from basics she has a good understanding of bookkeeping and various accounting system from off-the-shelf to Enterprise Resource Planning system for both commerce and industry.
She has experience in managing accounts for companies in various industries which varies from trading, services, food & beverage and even manufacturing. Being a hands-on person, she reviews and monitors works and deadlines diligently.
Since joining our Group in 2014, she is currently leading a team of accounting specialist specialising in GST and sales & service tax application, review and submission, preparation of accounts and tax computations for individuals, sole-proprietorships and partnerships.
Norhidayah Binti Mohammad Zaini

Hidayah has graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UITM) in Bachelor in Corporate Administration (Hons), 2013. Since graduation, she has started her career as an assistant company secretary with the group handling various matters from company incorporation, preparation of company resolutions, preparation and filing of various types of reporting to the Companies Commission of Companies.
She is now a Licensed Company Secretary, licensed under the Companies Commission of Companies and has rise from ranks during her tenure with the Group. She now managing a team of assistant company secretaries, providing training and guidance in handling clients issues and also handling queries from both clients and also authorities.
Michelle Teh
Partner
She graduated from Raffles University Iskandar with Master in Business Administration (Finance Management). She had more than 20 year's experiences in finance and accounting managerial post of group level in large and multinational company especially manufacturing companies which involving implementing the internal control to improve the operational efficiency, tax planning and corporate and banking financing and Human Resource Management.
She has started her career in accounting of a manufacturing company whose holding company is listed in the Singapore Stock Exchange as an executive to becoming a Manager. During her tenure, si has exposed herself with Group reporting and also other reporting to the group accounting and aso regulatory authorities. Since then, she held similar position in other large companies and has accumulated exposure in transfer pricing which involves in the preparation of transfer pricing and benchmarking report. She also involves in the transfer pricing audit conducted by Jabatan Cukai Multinasional, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia.
After completing her MBA, she has involved herself in several trainings with the Human Resources Development Authorities in providing trainings to staffs of companies in finance or financial related topics. She is also a trainer registered with the HRD as a training provider.
Mike Soon

Mr Mike Soon, is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), also an Associate Member for the Institute of Internal Auditor Malaysia. He has over 12 years of experience in statutory audit, internal audit, operation risk and internal control review and financial due diligence.
During his tenure in Tricor Axcelasia, he served a range of private & public listed companies including construction, property development, furniture, precision engineering, rubber & cocoa processing, FMCG manufacturing and palm oil upstream & downstream.
Mike has also led teams to execute several internal control assessments of companies seeking IPO on Bursa Malaysia and conducted reviews and assessments on the state of corporate governance compliance for public companies listed on Bursa Malaysia. In those engagement, he has provided practicable solutions towards achieving compliance with the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
He was also involved in projects for advising on drafting of policies and standard operating procedures for clients in consumer goods manufacturing and the distribution industry.
